3 Common Chronic Problems And Their 3 Herbal Remedies

Do you suffer from a chronic medical condition and are fed up with the medical solutions that are available through modern science? Perhaps there are some drugs on the market that do help your specific condition but there are some side effects that you have learned to deal with, for now anyway. Perhaps you have a skin problem or maybe you have trouble sleeping or maybe it’s a stomach or anxiety problem that is ailing you. What ever it is that seems to be constantly hounding your over all well being there may be a natural herbal remedy that can do the same job as some of those drugs you are taking. Some of them might actually do a better job without the side effects.

Perhaps you have a skin problem that just won’t seem to clear up. Have you looked into the popular plant aloe vera? Aloe vera has gotten a lot of good press in the last few years for it’s healing properties for a lot of skin ailments. It has been linked to easing common sun burn and other skin wounds. It also has had some good results when taken internally specifically showing good results for diabetics and blood glucose levels.

Now is that time of year when the seasons start changing that people start to get those nasty little colds or even the flu. Were you aware that garlic can be used to treat some of the common symptoms of the cold and flu. Specifically as an expectorant for the coughs that usually accompany the cold or flu.

Have you ever thought or been concerned about cancer or heart disease? Of course you have who hasn’t, we seem to all know some one either through family or friends that have been exposed to either one of these deadly diseases. So what’s an herb that happens to be a proven fighter to both of these diseases? If you though green tea than you are absolutely correct my friend. Green tea has a thousands of years of evidence and a whole continent of people to back up the health claims of green tea. You can find hundreds of studies logged in medical journals all over the world on the benefits of drinking green tea.One of the best studies that I have seen recently was one done by Yale Universities School of Medicine that looked at over 100 studies on the effect of green tea in Asia. They noted that even though there is a significantly higher rate of cigarette smokers in Asia there is also a much lower rate of heart disease and cancer there as well. Which is not the case anywhere else in the world that people smoke. Imagine what the number would be if they cut out the smoking?

Anyway these are just three of the more popular herbs that are out there being used more and more by the public every day. What do you think are some other common herbal medicines that people use that may not get enough credit?
